Boulangerie Bon Matin
Our Story...
Established in 2010, Boulangerie Bon Matin is owned by a husband and wife team. It is the inspiration of Dahmane Ladjassa, a man who has worked with food since childhood.
Having trained in Paris in pastry, he then went on to graduate with distinction in Culinary Arts at Westminster Kingsway College. We're proud that we make everything on site, from vegan salads to the hand-made and croissants. We aim to be inclusive, with tonnes of vegetarian options, and are halal certified.
Our first shop is nestled in the cosmopolitan area of Finsbury Park, The second opened Hampstead in late 2017, and it has become a welcome hub for the community. The third opened in October 2020 in the new development next to Finsbury Park station, City North, Providing fast service and high quality artisan goods to hungry commuters and locals.
With a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, Boulangerie Bon Matin is a place where food is an experience to be savoured and memories with loved ones are created.
Our Products...
Serving varied cuisine with Parisienne and Mediterranean influences, you are sure to find something to suit. Our viennoiserie and cakes are home-made with passion and attention to detail, temptingly laid in a delicious window display. We also have a selection of vegan and free-from options.
Our coffee is hand roasted by an independent company, locally in London. Our suppliers are as passionate about attention to detail as we are. Our Baristas have been professionally trained to provide quality & consistency, where coffee is extracted using the optimum ratio.

As a small, independent bakery we are very lucky to have a fantastic group of people working with us who share our desire for excellent customer service & high quality produce. Some of our team have been with us since we opened in Finsbury Park in 2010! As a result it is a friendly and welcoming team to work with.
